Mr. Raju is the Founder and Managing Partner of Juris Prime Law Services, which was founded in 2005. He has practised in the areas of Banking, Corporate, Civil, Criminal, Economic, Industrial, Intellectual Property, Labour, Secretarial, and Real Estate last 26 years.
Before joining the practice, he worked with two large financial institutions (IDBI and ICICI) as in-house counsel for 9 years. During that period, he has acquired vast experience in Banking, Corporate Law, compliance, Project Finance, securitization, Title due Diligence, Recovery Litigation, Secretarial matters, Labour Laws, Liquidation proceedings and Debt restructuring.
He has negotiated and structured a range of commercial transactions for domestic and multinational corporations, including, amongst others, concerning infrastructure and Project finance, securitization, due diligence of title of property and funding documentation, venture capital and private equity, real estate and construction, land acquisition, company incorporation, joint venture, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, legal audit, franchising, agency, NCLT, DRT and litigation before various Court(s).
Over the last few years, his practice is primarily focused on arbitration, project finance, banking, corporate law, debt recovery through DRT/NCLT, real estate, mortgages, securitization, Secretarial, labour laws, legal audits, joint ventures, foreign investments, litigation at various court(s) including High Court and contract drafting.
