ARBITRATION & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Arbitration and conciliations are alternatives to established lawsuits, and sometimes they are used in combination with litigation. Arbitration is usually conducted with a panel of sole/multiple Arbitrators who take on a position like that of a judge to pass the award. The firm has knowledgeable professionals to identify the Arbitrators and represents its clients before the Arbitrators.
Few of the practice areas of Our Firm are:
1. Drafting and vetting of Arbitration Agreement, Arbitration Clause
2. Drafting and vetting of petitions/ written statements/ cross-examination/ etc.
3. Assisting clients in Negotiations/ Conciliation
4. Advisory on invoking Arbitration Clause
5. Filing of applications before Hon’ble Courts for appointment of Arbitrators
6. Representation before Hon’ble Arbitral Tribunal
7. Appeals and Representation against order passed by Hon’ble Arbitral Tribunal before Hon’ble Appellate Tribunal
