  • Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain is a Partner and heads the litigation team. He predominantly practices in the areas of Arbitration, Commercial, Debt Recovery, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Intellectual Property, Litigation and Project Finance.
  • Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain regularly appears before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Hon’ble Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hon’ble High Court, Hon’ble Civil Courts and other Courts/ Forums.
  • Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain practiced litigation before various courts in Hyderabad and worked with Link Legal India Law Services as their legal counsel. He has also worked with SBICAP Trustee Company Limited and the Institute for Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI).
  • Mr. Praveen Kumar Jain also assists banks and financial institutions with project finance documentation. He also counsels’ corporations on their business needs and draughts various agreements pertaining to services, products, labour, trademarks, shareholding, leave and licence, leases, franchises, and agency.
