Juris Prime Law Services is a full-service law firm based in Hyderabad, Telangana.
The Firm was started in the year 2005 by Mr V V S N Raju with 6 lawyers. Over the
years, the firm has seen tremendous growth both, organically and inorganically. Today,
the Firm has a team size of 18 lawyers and 4 Partners.
The Firm handles advisory work, litigation, contract drafting, title investigation,
documentation and dispute resolution in the following areas: Arbitration, Banking,
Company and Commercial Law, Cyber Laws, Project Finance, Infrastructure Laws,
Intellectual Property and Real Estate.
The Firm handles due diligence work of title of the property during land acquisition
and regularly issues advisory to its clients on pre and post- acquisition formalities. The
Firm also conducts due diligence of properties on behalf of Banks prior to security
creation and advises on mortgages. The Firm also advises on the project and corporate
financing across sectors and acts as legal counsel to some of the biggest lenders in the
country.
Juris Prime Law Services (“Juris Prime”) is a multi-service law firm founded by Mr. V V S N Raju in the year 2005. Over a period, Juris Prime has evolved from a small firm acting as a destination for all legal transactions and disputes to a full-fledged grown-up firm that deals in matters pertaining to Banking, Commercial, Corporate, Finance, Insolvency and Bankruptcy, Labor, Litigation, Real Estate, Technology, amongst various other verticals.
Juris Prime was formed with a zeal and desire to provide legal services to its clients with utmost priority and commercially viable solutions across all sectors. We provide end-to-end transactional support and service to all our clients in the area of Private Equity and Venture Capitals, financings, Initial Public Offerings (IPO), as well as Mergers & Acquisitions, strategic partnerships, slump sale exits, etc.

Bonds, issuing advisory on various labour law matters, etc. The Firm regularly conducts

them in establishing joint ventures, liaison offices, branch offices, agencies,
subsidiaries and distributors. The Firm has expertise in advising foreign companies on
