Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 ('Code') is a new spectrum of law for recovery of debts
due to banks, financial institutions, creditors, home buyers etc. We have been actively advising
and educating our clients, investors, bankers, asset reconstruction companies, etc. and helping
them in recovering the dues.
