Mr. V V S N Raju is a seasoned legal professional with over 30 years of experience spanning corporate advisory, banking & finance, insolvency, real estate, taxation, and complex dispute resolution. His career began as in-house counsel with leading financial institutions, including IDBI and ICICI, where he developed strong foundations in banking law, project finance, securitisation, and debt recovery.
In 2005, driven by a vision to build a high-calibre, client-centric full-service firm, he founded Juris Prime Law Services. Under his leadership, the firm has evolved into a trusted legal institution known for delivering strategic, commercially sound, and litigation-ready legal solutions.
